
Here is the detailed level design :


The first room is a tutorial to learn movements and open the first door.

The winking lights Attract your attention by showing you the way to follow.

You can see infected foes through the glass and behind hospital beds.

The first obstacle force you to jump.


Between the two stairs you’ll find the first syringe close to the lamp.

The first door on the left is locked from the other side.

This obstacle makes you crouch.

Stay crouched if you don’t want to be heard by the first infected and you will be forced to kill him.

Another feature with a camera sight will help you to know about foes path in dead spots.

Use this furniture to hide yourself during this infected patrol.

By unlocking this door you create a checkpoint and this door will still open after your death and restart.


Very important, before going upstairs, you must check the patrol of the enemy.

You can check the bathroom to find new syringe.

You can hide behind those two blocks during the enemy patrol.

In the bed you can use again the CCTV to check the patrol.

You will find syringe on the washbasin to kill the enemy.

Unlock the window to escape on the scaffolding.

At the end you can unlock this door (2nd checkpoint).


Behind this arcade cabinet blocking the door you can reach a CCTV which will be useful later.

The second room is almost empty just folding ladder unreachable for now.

The third door is a trap and if you notice on the top, you can see a sign where is written “do not enter”.

Behind those two furniture there is a safe way to avoid enemies.

You can check now the camera view for the two enemy patrols.

Don’t go to far in the stairs many furniture block your way to the next floor.

Check the bathroom.

Check the ladder behind the door.


Naturally, you will be attracted by the blinking light but watch out for your steps.

If you don’t fall in the trap before, you can deploy the ladder as checkpoint if you die and restart.

In the dark, all enemies can see you and you will need to use CCTV infrared as your eyes to escape.


When you deploy the ladder on your right, it will bring you to the ground floor and this is the last checkpoint.

The goal now is to find a jerrycan...

and fill it with 4 different barrels to start the helicopter engine.

You will have to use platforms to reach some barrels.

Now fill the tank to finish the game.
